A self paced class for people of all fitness levels.


This class is for the fitness enthusiasts interested in practical training in KICKBOXING formulated in a dynamic group exercise atmosphere. The applications of proper punch & kick techniques, mechanics of the ring, footwork and fitness conditioning are implemented in the class to provide a progression for kick/punch combinations done in a fun, challenging but safe environment. Utilization of equipment (at times) is part of the class as well.
